I never wear ear plugs.
But it’s one of those things I think of when I hear people say that they “do not want to wear earplugs anymore”.
The thing is, I do not.
And while I can see the appeal, it’s not a necessity.
The earplug solution, however, is becoming increasingly popular with players.
And I think there are a number of reasons for this.
As footballers, we have a need to keep our ears healthy.
The ears can become so worn down that it becomes hard to hear what is going on around us.
A lot of people do not know how to replace their ear plugs if they are worn out.
And the earplUG (earplug-on-ear) solution is one of the few options.
I want to be clear that the use of the earplug is not a cure-all.
It doesn’t work for everybody.
Some people can still have a normal ear, but they are not going to be able to hear properly.
So if you are a player who has been wearing a lot of ear plugs, you may need to consider a different solution.
I have always said that the biggest benefit of wearing ear plugs is that you can hear the noise around you, but without the risk of infection.
However, there is a risk of ear infections from the way you wear earpieces.
And this risk can increase if you have ear plugs that you do not replace regularly.
So if you decide that you will not be wearing earpluggies anymore, here are some simple steps you can take to make your ears better.
Here are some tips to help you keep your ears healthy:1.
Do not use the earpiece while standing.2.
If you are going to stand, use a soft pillow instead.3.
Use a soft sponge to wipe the earring away if possible.4.
Do the ear plug removal procedure in the bathroom if you want to keep your ear plugs in.5.
Do some extra ear cleaning if you will have to wear an ear plug again.6.
If your earplINK (earplUG) solution doesn’t solve your ear problem, then there is always the alternative solution: try to keep a soft earplug.
There are many more things you can do to help your ears.
But you can never be too careful with ear plugs or their removal.
